J.T Haughey Assistant Head Coach
Hi! I am J.T. Haughey, and I am the newest coach here at Athletic Revolution-Hilliard. I am originally from Northeast Ohio, where I learned to love athletics (particularly football) at a young age. My love for athletics switched to a passion for fitness and nutrition when I began Strongman training my junior year of high school. After high school I was lucky enough to earn a scholarship to continue my football career into college. Two years into college I decided to end my football journey due to multiple sustained injuries (I will talk details in person if you want to ask). I transferred to The Ohio State University where I am currently working towards my B.S. in Exercise Science.
My passion is still towards fitness and nutrition, I love to push myself in the gym and always use myself as a test subject. I still enjoy strongman training, but in the past couple years I have discovered an enjoyment for Obstacle Course Racing. I like to lift heavy things and run far distances. My favorite thing about coaching is to see improvement, and as long as you are willing to work, I am willing to help you! I cannot wait to see how much you will grow during your time here at Athletic Revolution-Hilliard and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
