Summer Morning Hours- Combined Ages- Starts June 5th 2017 | Ends August 18th 2017

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:40- 11:30 am

Exploration Class (Ages 8-13)*

Tuesday- 7:30- 8:15 pm

Wednesday- 6:30- 7:15 pm

Thursday- 4:30- 5:15 pm 

Saturday- 10:15- 11:00 am   

  • *Some 13 and even 12 year olds may be placed in our Transformation class. This will depend on maturity level and current athleticism
  • *Our exploration class we can accept as young as 7 years and in rare cases 6. This will depend on maturity level and current athleticism. Please contact us before registering if this is the case.

During week 5’s of the phase, we will be testing our Champions in with FitRanX.

Testing time slots will be set up usually by the end of the first week of each new Phase. Time slots for testing is recommended to sign up ASAP. You will be reminded via email and sign up sheets will be available at the studio. It is recommended for each AR Champion to do their next level test even if they don’t feel they can pass the next level– because that is ‘practice’ and to be great you must ‘practice’!

Regular Class Schedule:

Please note that we follow a Phase system to the yearly training calendar. A Phase is 5 Weeks long. The 5th week of a Phase’s schedule is different from Weeks 1-4. The 5th week is known as our ‘Transition Week’. Please take note of different schedule for Week 5 below. This is the week that we are testing & assessing your child for current strength & conditioning protocols as well as how far they have progressed since the last transition week. The Phase System helps us keep registration as easy as possible for AR and your child(ren). And also helps us progress them through our training programming the absolute best.

Please take a look at our Yearly Calendar. We allow your child to start their trial anytime of any given Phase, even during the transition week.

Special Events

Special events will include summer camps, clinics, academies, seminars, family events. Some will be sport specific, some fitness specific. Some of these events will be at a different location other then our Athletic Revolution Facility in Hilliard. They will be in the Columbus area or suburbs.
